Dear Parents,

     I hope you all are doing well this week.  As some of you may have heard, we are slightly changing the format of Sunday Night Fellowship.  I have had multiple conversations with parents, youth, and leaders concerning Fellowship these past couple of weeks.  The two largest concerns were the time of dinner and the amount of time for small groups.  

In order to accommodate these valid concerns, we have decided to reconfigure our Sunday evening schedule.  

The time of Fellowship is still the same. We will now stay in Trinity Hall for the duration of Fellowship.  The biggest change will be when dinner is served.  If you have graciously signed up to serve, please be aware of the time change for dinner.   Please let Sheri Burlingame know if this change will not enable you to serve dinner.  

The new schedule will look something like this:

 

4:45pm                 Doors will open

5:00 - 5:20            Coffee house/ study hall/ game time ( we

have repaired  our air hockey table, Foosball table, and added more game systems)

5:20 - 5:35           Lesson (in Trinity Hall)

5:35 - 6:00           Small Group time (in Trinity Hall)

6:00                      Dinner

6:30                      Fellowship ends
