In three weeks -- on Sunday, October 23 -- we are once again hosting the biggest Golden Retriever party ever. I hope I will see you and your Golden there. Where else can you spend an afternoon with more than 300 Golden Retrievers? Watch this video whether you have come to a Goldenrama or not. For those of you who haven't, you'll get a feel for what a fabulous afternoon awaits you. And for those of you have attended, you'll re-live the fun all over again.
We have dog games, a pet psychic, a DJ, pet costume contest, musical sit (for the Goldens, of course!), kid games, silent auction, food trucks, lots of dog stuff...and much more. This year, Yasemin, our TD rescuer from Istanbul, will be here in the TD tent for a TD reunion.
So bring your family and your Golden Retriever(s) to Goldenrama at the field at Atlanta Athletic Club on Sunday, October 23, from 1 to 4 pm. Don't miss it! $15 per person, children under 18 are free when accompanied by an adult.

THE COLLEGE FOOTBALL DOGS ARE HERE!
The TD11 plane arrived earlier this week with 18 Golden Retrievers from Istanbul who are looking for their new life in America. The College Football Dogs (Buzz, Uga, Tiger, Gator, Cheerleader, Coach and Blitz -- just to name a few!) will be at Adoption Day on Sunday looking for a family to love.

Yes, it's a bummer, but unfortunately many Goldens get the "C" word. There are studies underway, like the Morris Foundation Study, to try to figure out why this breed sees so much of this disease. This
