Last month, the Generation All team in partnership with the Chicago Principals and Administrators Association (CPAA) hosted the Neighborhood High School Principals Summit, a chance to create a network of support for neighborhood high schools. Neighborhood high school principals had an opportunity to review the Generation All action plan, Strong Neighborhood High Schools for a Stronger Chicago, and prioritize solutions that were most relevant to them.  Read more about the summit here.

Our latest episode of #InspireInvestment features Danely Quiroz, a senior at Roosevelt High School.  Hear her talk about how and why she gets involved in making her school a better place for all students.

#InspireInvestment encourages Chicagoans to get to know and support their neighborhood high schools, in ways big and small.  Jamie Guerrero went big, founding the Food Science Lab at Car Schurz High School where students volunteer to grow fresh greens for the cafeteria and the community.

Do you know anybody who invests their time, talent, or treasure to support their neighborhood high school? We are looking to interview people for our #InspireInvestment in Neighborhood High Schools  project. Email [email protected] to submit a nomination.
