SYS's 9th Anniversary Beach Yoga
Friday, September 23rd 6pm
Class led by Laura McKinnon
Location: Lovers Point Park

Come join the community in celebrating Seaside Yoga's anniversary with beach yoga!  We are honored to celebrate the last nine years with you!
Due to the impacts of the Soberanes Fire, we decided not to have a bonfire this year, but wanted to still share in a fun, free, outdoor practice. This event is open to all ages and the greater public, so come on down!
I will be arriving early (5pm) so feel free to come early and mingle with your fellow yogis.  We will plan to start the yoga at 6pm.
Bring your own mat or towel or anything else you'd like.
Om Shanti Om

Intro to Thai Massage
with Marisa Wolfe     Saturday, September 24, 2016 2-5pm
PG Studio (300 Grand Ave)

Thai Yoga Massage is often referred to as "having yoga done to you." Combining the best of yoga and massage, the practitioner gently guides her partner into passive yoga poses and works with the muscles while in tension to open the joints and allow for better circulation in the body.

This form of massage is particularly beneficial in helping yoga practitioners to develop their practice in new directions, allowing one to see where maybe less effort can make for a deeper expression of a posture. In this workshop, participants will learn some of the fundamental principles of Thai Yoga Massage through both giving and receiving.
All with leave with enough knowledge to give a relaxing 45 minute massage to friends and family.
No prior experience necessary.
