Our region isn't going to grow unless employers are able to bring talented professionals to the area and keep our current talented residents right here in the Iowa Lakes Corridor area.
Avera Holy Family Hospital in Estherville has had success in attracting talent. The organization recently hired four professionals whose positions are very visible to the community, according to a Sept. 12 article in the Estherville News.
