Did You Know? New Overtime Rules and Pay Equity Law...

Happy September! I know that many of us are busy running our businesses, taking care of family and perhaps exercising and trying to eat right. But with all of that comes the need to look at what is on the horizon for our companies.

Did you know that there are new regulations released this past May by President Obama. The Department of Labor's final rule updating the overtime regulations, which will automatically extend overtime pay protections to over 4 million workers within the first year of implementation will go into effect soon. This legislation will effect virtually all businesses, profit and non-profit.
