If you have looked for a yoga class and have been scared to try, this is the class for you! Learn the basics of yoga in a group of people that are in the same place in their yoga journey. Each week will start with meditation and move into basic yoga poses to build confidence in your practice of yoga. This class is for folks who have little to no yoga experience!

Our mission through this class is to empower you to change your own life through boundaries, accountability, and breaking old patterns. Do you struggle to say no to activities when you already have a tight schedule? Do you people please to feel good but end up feeling worse? Do you allow others to make decisions for you? Come find ways to put up healthy boundaries so you can live your best life, feel more alive, and move toward your soul purpose in life. This class will give you tools to help you live out the principles of boundaries in a practical way.

We will start with an intention for our practice.
The significants of 108, renowned mathematicians of Vedic culture viewed 108 as a number of the wholeness of existence and according to yogic tradition, there are 108 piths, or sacred sites, throughout India. There are also 108 Upanishads and 108 karma points, or sacred places of the body. Traditionally, malas are used for counting as you repeat a mantra or a prayer, much like the Catholic rosary. This number also connects the Sun, Moon, and Earth: The average distance of the Sun and the Moon to Earth is 108 times their respective diameters.
All are invited to practice, basic knowledge of the sun salutations is recommend but doing all 108 is not required. If you find that you can only do 10-108 you may still participate in this meditative practice. Join us for refreshments after our practice together.

What is Ayueveda? What is a Dosha? How should I eat to be healthful according to my dosha? What daily routines will help to reduce stress and balance life? Ayurveda originated in India more than 5,000 years ago and is the oldest continually practiced healthcare system in the world. Ayurveda means science or knowledge of life; it is from an understanding of nature's natural rhythms and laws, and works to combat imbalances that show up as signs of disease in the mind and body. It provides guidelines on daily and seasonal routines, knowledge of how to properly use the five senses, diet and nutrition, and behaviors. It follows the values of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha to recognize imbalances in our bodies. Topics vary month to month.
Ausome Moms Yoga

This class is for moms of special needs kiddos. We deserve time to ourselves, time to breathe, time to relax, and to refresh. This class is designed for relaxation and for calming our nervous systems. Then, we can feel ready and more capable to cope with our day-to-day stress, allowing us to help our little ones the best we can. Class is for all levels, no experience necessary. We will also end class with a little tea, wine, and chitchat so you can connect with other mothers on a similar journey. Class will be led by Jessica. -

Yoga is an amazing therapy for children that have special needs. It helps them to cope with the anxiety, pain, discomfort, aggression, and obsessive behaviors that they often struggle with. It also helps with balance, coordination, stress, digestion, and sleep.The best part is this class offers special needs children with an opportunity to make new friends and teach them to regulate their emotions.
Join us to connect, play, and relax! In this class we will breathe, and move through animal like poses and end with mindful relaxation.
All Special needs children are welcome! Some techniques focus on autism, but it will be beneficial to all that participate. This class is designed for children (3-10yrs) with all abilities. Parent or guardian must attend.
