OUR ANNUAL CUSTOMER 
SURVEY IS COMING SOON

You will likely see the above email in your inbox later this week. PLEASE open it and take the survey. As a part of our ongoing effort to enhance the service to our customers, we have surveyed all customers annually since our founding 15 years ago. This year we are partnering with our Industry Trade Association to benchmark ourselves with our peers and work with other companies throughout the country to improve the service we provide to you. This survey will look a little different as it is from an independent group, Bruce Wilson & Company via research.net and the Subject will be Pacific Landscape Management - Landscape Services Survey for your feedback.  The survey has only 13 questions and should only take you a few minutes to fill out. We hope all of our customers fill it out as the information helps us focus our company improvement initiatives for the coming year.

We have used our annual survey data strategically to help us improve and it has given us data and trends that help us focus our efforts. While improvement in all areas is desired, those with the lowest scores get the greatest attention. A couple of examples are pruning, weed control and enhancement suggestions. Those areas that we scored the lowest 5 years ago have steadily improved as they have been where we have given the greatest focus. 


No good deed goes unrewarded. In addition to getting improved services based on your response, we also will send you a Starbucks card when you return the survey.
