Tidal Treasures Vancouver Island

From October to March, beachcombers can discover glass treasures in Vancouver Island's Oceanside region.

To kick off the event there will be the Big Beach Ball at Quality Resort Bayside Saturday October 15th! Tickets are $25 and will feature glass work from the contributing artists.

Their army of Float  Fairies will drop and hide more than 300 handcrafted glass floats and hundreds of other dazzling glass sea creatures...starfish, seahorses, sand dollars, scallops.. above the high tide line on beaches stretching from Nanoose Bay in the south to Deep Bay in the north. And anyone who finds one can keep it!

The glass treasures are being produced by local artisans in an effort to bring their art to the people and to create a fantastic new off-season event to draw visitors to the region.

We hope you will join Tidal Treasures in launching this exciting event. For more Information visit  www.tidaltreasures.info or check out their Facebook page!
