A writer, producer and showrunner of hit series including  Buffy the Vampire Slayer ,   Private Practice  and   Mad Men , Marti Noxon also cut her teeth producing scripted reality shows like  The Bachelor and turned her experience into the hit, Peabody Award-winning Lifetime series   UnREAL , a scathing, funny and often moving look at the production team and cast behind a Bachelor-like series. Noxon is currently writing and producing the straight-to-order series   Sharp Objects  for HBO, based on the Gillian Flynn novel and starring five-time Academy Award-nominee Amy Adams, with co-producers Flynn and director Jean Marc LavallĂ©e.
