Make 'em Laugh- Improv & Slapstick
with San Carlos Children's Theater

Create a funny scene with no script, but lots of imagination and teamwork! Using the basics of improvisation and slapstick, students quickly learn how to think creatively on their feet, play off what other characters are saying, and make the audience laugh. It's six weeks of pure fun! Final class features an improvisational performance for friends and family.

BOO! Bring your scary movie ideas to life with stop motion animation. Create your character and use movie magic to bring the frights to the big screen. You'll plan the story, film the movie and add voice-over to create a Halloween theme movie that you can share and scare forever! *Flix available for download in 1-2 weeks Bring your imagination! The Horse Park at Woodside, 3674 Sand Hill Road
Equestrian vaulting combines elements of gymnastics and dance performed to music on a moving horse. The horse moves in a circle on a longe line and is controlled by a longeur. Vaulters begin on stationary barrels and progress to performing on the horse at the walk and trot; experienced vaulters perform at the canter. The club emphasizes horsemanship, safety, team-building, communication skills, fitness, and relationship between vaulter and horse. 
Woodside Vaulters, founded in 1990, is one of the largest and most successful vaulting clubs in the United States.

SMALL STEPS: Introduce your young child to preschool activities. This program meets once a week and allows young children to experience preschool activities with the guidance of their parent or caregiver. Children will enjoy arts-n-crafts, games, story time, and music. 

TINY TIKES: This class gives your mature and independent toddler the opportunity to socialize, participate in arts-n-crafts, story time, sensory exploration, and music with the help of experienced teachers. Children should be ready to be separated from their caregiver.

MFP Cross Training is performing functional movements that are constantly varied at high intensity. It is a core strength and conditioning program. Cross Training is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are as follows: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Bring a water bottle and towel.
