PTA meeting Thursday 

Our first general PTA meeting is this Thursday at 7:00 p.m. in the library. This is open to everyone and we encourage you to attend if you can. Here's what on the agenda:

Skating party this Wednesday

Burn off some energy after a long day of school and skate, skate, skate! Join us at Skate City at 9800 W. 62nd Terr. in Merriam from 6:00-8:00 p.m.. Dinner special includes a hot dog, chips and drink for $4.25. Admission is $4.50 and regular skate rental is $1.

Health and wellness tips on Facebook

This year as part of our Health & Wellness initiative we'll be sharing healthy tips for you and your kiddos each week on Facebook. Make sure you "like" our Facebook page and look for these tips every Thursday morning.

Everything from lunch ideas to staying active, we'll cover it all. Sometimes all you need to make a change is a little inspiration...

Kindergarten, 4th grade auction class parties this week

The Auction is Prairie's largest fundraiser of the year, and it kicks off with individual class parties. These parties are a great way to meet other parents in your student's grade, and helps jump start the fundraising process.

Be watching your email for an evite with specific details for your party (be sure to check your SPAM folder just in case the email isn't delivered).
