BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM
Will they? Won't they? Fed  policymakers gather for a two-day Federal Open Market Committee meeting on interest rates. Investors will also get an update of the central bank's latest economic forecasts, the so-called dot plot, which sets out expectations for the number of rate rises in the coming quarters. On Wednesday:  FOMC rate decision at 2 pm ET;  Fed chair Janet Yellen holds a news conference at 2:30 pm ET.
