Judicial Performance Evaluations Released

Campaign ads are saturating the airwaves trying to persuade voters to vote for, or against candidates, but you won’t see any ads for Greene County judges.  That is because in 2008 voters opted in to the Missouri Plan.  Now, voters have a much better tool to be informed before casting their ballots.

Committee Spotlight: Bench and Bar

The SMBA Bench and Bar Committee was formed in 2003 with the goal of advancing the administration of justice by serving as a communication conduit, providing information to the public, attorneys and judges relating to court rules, obstacles faced by the court and improvements in the court system in expediting case resolution.  This appointed committee is meeting today, as it does most months, on the first Monday.  More information about the committee at this link.
