Join the HSV Roadrunner Club (or Renew your Membership) for exciting travel in 2017. After clicking on the Register Now, you will be able to select Member, Associate Member, or Ask to be dropped from Mailings. The Roadrunner club is a "volunteer" type club and expects its members to volunteer for positions to keep the club functional and effective.
Please join or RENEW your membership by December 12, 2016, so we can develop a Roadrunner Directory for early 2017 distribution.
If you are a new member, you need nametags. Please type the name you want on the nametag field during registration. If you are an existing member and want additional nametags, you may order them with the registration. Nametags are $10 per person.
This year you may pay your dues by check or using PayPal. However, if you use PayPal, add fifty cents to your total. Using PayPal you get to save your postage stamp for mailing your check to Dick. The November 7 dinner meeting will be a good time to hand deliver your membership check to Dick and save both a stamp and PayPal extra fee.
BEFORE you begin to Register, think of the ONE person in your family you want to receive all Roadrunner communications. Use this person's information in the top part of the registration form shown as required information. Do not put more than ONE name in a field. Later in the registration form you may enter his and her specific information even though it may be a duplication to the above required information.
If BOTH of you in the family want to receive ALL the Roadrunner Emails and Notifications separately, then the second person must register themselves separately just like above, then select the option: 2nd family member to join at no cost. Again, Do not put more than ONE name in a field.
ALL 2017 event registrations (trips, meals, etc), must only have ONE name in a field, the second person is to be listed separately as Guest or Spouse.
Remember, if you do not receive an email confirmation of a successful registration, you are not registered.
