Forget any association you had with jump ropes & high school gym class. The jump rope is a powerful workout tool. Using a jump rope will build cardio fitness, balance, agility and bone
strength. Combine the benefits of the rope with strength training intervals and you have the perfect
45-minute workout. All levels.

A time efficient combination of strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement.
A postive energy class where you will never do the same workout twice. Get fit & have fun with Greg.
