Dear Chamber Members:
One Winnetka Development Receives Preliminary Approval
We are pleased to announce the One Winnetka Development received preliminary approval from the Winnetka Village Council with a vote of 5-1 on Tuesday, September 20th. We are grateful to all the time and energy of the village officials who have worked with us throughout the approval process and look forward to completing the development plan.
Thank you again to all of our Winnetka neighbors who have taken time out of their lives to speak on behalf this project at Village Council and Committee meetings, letters, and attendance at our One Winnetka Receptions. We are so grateful for your unwavering support and belief that One Winnetka will bring a much needed revitalization to our village.
