Update on Pending Sale of Lodge and Spa at Cordillera

Dear Property Owners,

The County Commissioners will adopt a Resolution Affirming the Community Development Director's Interpretation with Modification Regarding the Lodge and Spa at Cordillera at their meeting scheduled on October 11, 2016. No public comment will be taken. The Resolution, once adopted, will serve as the final agency action for purposes of pursuing a judicial appeal to the Eagle County District Court pursuant to Rule 106. Such an action will need to be filed within 28 days after the Resolution - thus by November 8, 2016.

The CPOA/CMD Board are scheduled to meet on October 12, 2016, which meeting will include an Executive Session to receive legal advice regarding the Resolution and possible actions to be pursued.
