Health Fair on October 28th

Health Fair & Flu Shot Clinic

Drop off you unused or out of  date prescription medication during the Health Fair on October 28th . All medication must be in a sealed container in a ziplock bag. No needles or over the counter medications. 

Bloomfield Township Senior Services will hold a Health Fair & Flu Shot Clinic at the Bloomfield Township Senior Center, 4315 Andover Road, on Friday, October 28 from 9 AM to 2 PM.
St. Joseph Mercy Oakland is sponsoring the health fair, which will include blood pressure check, blood sugar and cholesterol check, body mass index and hearing test. Flu shots will be available to Township residents age 50 and over, free for seniors 65 and older with Medicare B/Medicare Advantage. Pneumonia shots will also be available; the cost is free for people covered by Medicare/Medicare Advantage.

Appointments are required and should be made in person at the Senior Center or by calling 248-723-3500.

On Sunday, Oct. 9, from 12-3 PM BloomfieldTownship will hold its popular Open House. There will be a wide range of displays and activities sponsored by the Township departments (including the Senior center) for adults and kids. That includes plenty of food and things to do.
