Clar Monna Long Klinect 1933 - 2016

LODI - Clar Monna Klinect, 83, of Lodi, died Sept. 28, 2016, following a 6 month illness.

She was born Aug. 22, 1933, in River Styx to the late Robert and Roberta (Campbell) Long and married James "Hoot" Klinect on Feb. 5, 1955.   He preceded her in death on June 14, 2016. She was a graduate of Wadsworth High School and retired from the Westfield Companies.

Surviving are sons, Bret (Laurie) Klinect and Bart Klinect; three grandchildren, Matthew (Katie) Klinect, Katie (Emerson) Marshall and Sara (Matt Calvey) Klinect; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Judy Jellison, Fran Edmonds, Jane Young, Susan (Larry) Kunkle and Beth Long; and a brother, Jeff (Linda) Long.   A brother Jim Long died previously.

Friends may call Saturday, Oct. 1, from 4 - 7 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston.   A graveside service for family and close friends will be Sunday, Oct. 2, at 3 p.m. at Burbank Cemetery.
