From what I could see from Jack's photos, it was a lovely day and the crew went to Walden Ponds and along the Boulder Creek Path at 75th Street. I was in Minnesota at the time of the walk, but I'm glad to see that it still took place. The following is a shortened list of the birds seen (taken from the photos).
Canada Goose 2
Blue-Winged Teal 2
Green-Winged Teal 3
Cinnamon Teal 2
Killdeer 1
Lesser Yellowlegs 1
Northern Flicker 1
Black Phoebe 1
American Robin 1
Note: Species in bold are birds that were special on the walk for reasons like a great view, out-of-season, great numbers, or rarity.

The black phoebe returned to the bridge over Boulder Creek at 75th Street again this year. Not only is this the only place in the County to see a black phoebe, it is also a great place to see the other phoebes; eastern and Say's. Black phoebes are a desert southwest bird, but they love to be near water.
