for Blinky Lights!
At check-in, please be sure to grab a blinky light! Safety is our number one priority at MMDT, and we want to make sure that we are lighting up the streets with our red, blinking lights! If you need help finding them or putting them on, just ask a volunteer.
Wear purple throughout October!
Phoenix is turning purple this month to demonstrate there is no place for domestic violence in our community's homes, neighborhoods, schools or workplaces.
Help Paint Phoenix Purple on Mondays in October, and learn more about the campaign led by the City of Phoenix and Arizona Coalition to End Sexual and Domestic Violence Paint Phoenix Purple.

Run/Walk With The Mountain Park Health Center!
Thanks to the Mountain Park Health Center for entries to their 5K on Sunday, October 30th at Kiwanis Park in Tempe! Even if you didn't win an entry, you can still register for the

Join us for the 6th Annual Honor Walk & 5K Fun Run Sunday, November 13th!
The event will start and finish at the beautiful
Talking Stick Resort Arena in downtown Phoenix. Friends, families and loved ones will walk or run to personally recognize veterans of all generations. Participants are encouraged to arrive early for entertainment and a stirring pre-walk ceremony. Special guests along with vintage military aircraft fly-overs, music, color guards, the USS Arizona replica will set the tone for this year's event. Learn more and register for the race
