FALL FEATURES
Between Labor Day and Christmas, the wineries are a popular destination spot. 
And why not?! There is so much to see and do along the wine trail. 
Here are some fall season features you'll find at our member wineries:

Freedom Run Winery

 

Sign up for a Wine Lovers Picnic in the Vineyard! Choose their popular Charcuterie plate, or customize from a specialty menu; your pick from the award winning estate wines.
Whether it be an intimate date with your sweetheart, or a small gathering in the grapes with your closest friends! Contact Freedom Run Winery for details at (716)433-4136. Prices vary with group size and wine choices.

Try some Apple Jack! 
Freedom Run's signature Apple Dessert wine from their estate apple orchard is aged in a Bourbon barrel. Perfect alone, mulled with spices, or over ice.


Vizcarra Vineyards at Becker Farms
A terrific way to celebrate the harvest season! The great Pumpkin Fiesta is a fun family activity that the kids will remember and want to return to year after year. The Fiesta is every Saturday and Sunday from mid-September to the end of October. Free Live music from 1pm to 4pm. Wine, beer, hard cider and dessert wine tasting $5. Food available all over the farm. Free general admission and free parking.


Spring Lake Winery
Hop on the Vineyard Express murder mystery train ride or take a trip through the haunted vineyards. Purchase your wine or specialty drink in the winery, then board the Spirits of Spring Lake Hayride. Listen to the old angry Irish grounds keeper who is in charge of the overnight watch. Sip your wine, sit back and hear about the strange goings-on at the winery over the years - if you dare! Tickets for both hayrides and train excursion are available on the website springlakewinery.com


Be part of the Mystery!

The  Niagara Wine Trail is looking for actors and actresses to be a part of our  Hallowine event.
Must be available both days of the event: October 22nd & 23rd. A stipend will be provided.

PURCHASE ADVANCE TICKETS for $30 
Tickets are valid for both days of the event and include a tasting of 3 wines at each participating winery, a commemorative wine glass from your starting winery, and clues to solve the mystery.
