Student Success Through Community Partnerships

EvCC works closely with industry partners to provide top tier training and through placement of trained graduates into in-demand jobs. Community and industry partners continue to invest time and resources into AMTEC students by advising on curriculum, providing equipment and materials, offering company tours, and by making classroom visits to talk directly with students about the opportunities that they will have as graduates. That is why, after just two years of opening its manufacturing training center,  AMTEC continues to grow and offer the most advanced training opportunities for manufacturing students in and around Snohomish county.

"Our students have an opportunity to be trained in an environment that their current and future employers had a hand in creating," said Sheila Dunn, Associate Dean of Aerospace and Advanced Manufacturing Careers.
