10-5-16 Its been a couple of years that I gave out some suggestions on how to approach this thing that we want to see known as a revaluation and how to react when walking to the banks. I inform all that as our fathers use to say to never place all the eggs in one basket, meaning to create a different account for all currencies that you may have (ONE FOR EACH).
I also advise that if you do not know what you will be doing with one or all of your currencies or if you still do not have some kind of a trust, to create NON-BEARING ACCOUNTS for each currency to begin with. I also will like to repeat that it isn't the shy weak and ignorant person that walks into the bank now that is to be interviewed, but the strong, rich and smart person that overnight you have become that is walking in there and with that said it is your responsibility to inform this to whomever sits in front of you in that bank.
Make sure that you let them know what you want and how you want it done and not the other way, you govern your own monies and it isn't the other way, I AM SURE THAT THEY WILL FIGURE IT OUT.

[JESTER] The International Monetary Fund agreed Monday to add the Chinese yuan to its reserve currency basket. The decision - which marks another step in China's global economic emergence - came after the IMF evaluated the Asian nation's standing as an exporter and the yuan's role as a "freely usable" currency.
In a statement, IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde noted the yuan's inclusion is a "clear representation of the reforms" taking place in China.

Bruce: The amounts are based on exchange of 50 trillion dollars. If going to have more than that in your exchange you will have to set up your percentages and your amounts accordingly. If less than that amount, then you will be able to change your amounts accordingly this only an example based on 50 trillion dollar based on the total exchange:
Sue: 90 percent in checking, 10% in saving per account.
Bruce: Exactly opposite of what I thought. I'm going to throw those numbers out. I think having a separate checking account maybe valid, maybe important to do that, but to me not necessary. The savings account, I don't know what to do with the word savings in what we are talking about. We are looking at huge numbers for investment. Seeing we are talking about a savings account seems strange to me. Although I can see based on some of the numbers we are coming up with, I can see how it can be as screwed as a savings account.
Sue: What is the difference between what this is than structured payout?

Masum ratifies border crossings Commission Law
It announced the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, on Tuesday, President of the Republic Fuad Masum ratify the Law of the board of border crossings, noting that the law would show the border crossings in the proper manner as interface Iraq.
The office said in a statement received / balances News / copy of it, "the president Fuad Masum, honest, today, the law of the board of border crossings No. (30) for the year 2016," explaining that "this law aims to unify border crossings management and to ensure the proper application of laws private and instructions governing the work of government departments. "
He added that "The law ensures the smooth flow of work and the achievement of the entry of people and goods and to raise the level of service and border crossing points show the proper manner as interface Iraq," stressing that "the law sent for publication in the Official Gazette."

Frank26: There are articles that came out that say the citizens of Iraq are actually trusting the banks in Iraq....I hope you got to see that....that is important....it is an important part of the Monetary Reform....we even told you there were projects being done to convince the citizens....if you look at your notes from last week....that is kind of big....and then for them to tell you we are taking you from this black, to a grey list, to a white list.
Do you know what a white list means....it means their banking structure has no restrictions on it....excuse me Mr. Financial Advisor...Salah....advisor of Abadi....once again can you repeat yourself....yeah...I told the IMF that we've implemented everything they wanted us to do....was that why they moved you to white....no comment....
Is that why you guys are white and your currency is now unrestricted, ready for the international world....no comment....
Is that why you guys are not on the FATF list....is that why you guy's credit rating has improved....no comment......
Is that why the security and corruption of your banks has improved....no comment....
Is that why the money laundering no longer an issue and not talked about anymore....no comment....
Is that why the money that was being stolen is not going to the terrorists...ISIS....anymore....no comment....
Is that why legislation has been passed by the GOI to help you go from black, to grey, to white....no comment....

The first thing I want to do is tell you about an article that came out three days ago that says...."Three Presidents From the GOI Will Hold a Meeting With the Leaders of the Blocs".....blocs...what...political groups....so three presidents....do you think they are all from the GOI....do you think that one might represent the Kurdistan Region.....one might represent Baghdad.....one might represent another region.....
If they do what are they going to do....well they are going to talk about the legislation of the Election Law.....why....because all provinces....all areas within Iraq are preparing themselves to deal with the international world....
