Teachers Go Back to School
Technology teachers Mrs. Knezo and Mrs. Reis along with Art teacher Mrs. Fader were accepted into a four day PACT(Promoting Achievement through Classroom Technology) Summer Tech Academy enrichment course offered over the summer. Sponsored by the Connelly Foundation, the program selects applicants at random. This year, the program hosted 240 faculty members from the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Training included Advanced Google Classroom, Web Tools, classroom coding resources and using robots. The final day included a keynote presentation by Rich Kiker of Google and a showcase of attendees' presentations. In addition, each participant received a Chromebook or iPad for their school for completing the course.

Outgrown Sale Welcomes Community
PJP II recently welcomed over 300 people from the community to shop for a variety of childrens' clothing, toys, and accessories. Nearly 60 school families participated as consignors for the sale which is held twice a year, once in the Fall and once in the Spring to coincide with the changing seasons. Since the Outgrown Sale was launched six years ago, over $90,000 has been paid to school families for their portion (70%) of the sale proceeds with the school retaining 30%. The Spring Sale is set for Saturday, March 25th from 9am-12pm in the school Gym. Auction & Restaurant Fair Set
Pope John Paul II Regional Catholic Elementary School would like to invite all community members and their family and friends to our biggest fundraiser of the year...come join us at the 18thAnnual Silent Auction and Restaurant Fair "God Bless PJP II, Our Home Sweet Home". This event is being held on Saturday, November 5 th, 2016 at 6:00 pm in the PJP II Gymnasium. Join in on the fun by wearing your patriotic Red, White & Blue! In addition, the Auction Committee is selling only 300 tickets for the Proud To Be A Saint Raffle. Students participating in this exciting raffle will have the chance to win a pizza party for their classroom and/ or an iPad Mini!!
