Class Cancellation: The Pilates class at 10am will be cancelled on Monday, October 10th.

Group Exercise Class Changes: 

-Monday Cycling at 10am is moving to 10:15am beginning October 3rd. 
-Yoga For All Levels will be offered on Fridays at 5:30pm beginning October 7th.

Join us for our BodyJam & BodyFlow launches! BodyJam will launch on Friday, October 14th at 5:30pm. BodyFlow will launch on Wednesday, October 19th at 6:45pm.

Kettlebell Orientation will be held on October 22nd and November 19th at 11am in the Sports Performance Room.

Step Class
Intro to Group Exercise

Are you new to group exercise and not sure where to start? Our new Intro to Group Exercise series can help you learn the basics of group exercise!

Each month we will introduce a new group exercise class and go over the basics of the class!

The Intro to Group Exercise class will meet on Mondays at 7pm in Studio II. Here is a schedule of what the class will go over: 
  • October 3-31st: Step
  • November 7-28th: Kettlebell
  • December 5-26th: TRX
  • January 2-30, 2017: Low
  • February 6-27, 2017: Group Strength
Kid Swim Under Water
Aquatics

Registration for 4-week and 8-week Swim Lessons begins on October 10th.

The next 4-week session will run October 18th-November 12th. 

The next 8-week session will run October 21st-December 18th.

Tennis League fees for non-members has been raised to $15.

Futures Intermediate Tennis Classes on Thursdays from 4:30pm-6pm. For more information click here

Adult Advanced Beginner/Intermediate tennis classes on Thursdays from 6pm-7pm. For more information click here

QuickStart Kids Intermediate tennis classes on Saturdays from 10am-11am. For more information click here

NEW Cardio Tennis classes! Classes are held on Mondays from 9am-10:30am and Thursdays from 6pm-7:30pm. These classes are fee based. For more information contact Alex Vazquez.

Congratulations to Shawn Winfield! Shawn has been a member of the Wellness Center since 2002. Recently, she was a finalist in Singles Tennis at a tournament in Cleveland, Ohio.

Kids Halloween
Youth Programs

Join us for a Goblin Good Time! We're having a Halloween Party on Saturday, October 29th from 10am-2pm in Classroom B. 

There will be snacks, arts & crafts, and games galore!

Wear your costume and be put into a drawing for the best costume for your age. 

No fees for members or non-members, we just ask that you bring a canned food donation for the Food Bank.

Dietcise Weight Loss

Dietcise is an 8-week program that combines nutrition and exercise within a group setting. 

The next class will be a special Holiday Class Series. The class will run October 12th through December 7th.

Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Jalen Bullard, our Champion of Caring and Employee of the Month! 

Jalen has been praised by members for his positive, helpful and friendly attitude. He creates a personal relationship with gym members and building a great athletic atmosphere. Jalen was also praised by his manager for stepping in at short notice to cover a shift for another coworker.

Better Bones Exercise Class

This is a 6-week class series that is specifically designed to address bone health and posture.

The class series will run October 19th - November 23rd on Wednesdays at 10:30am. 

Members: $10   Non-Members: $25

Registration will be held at the Front Desk and payment will be taken at the time of registration. Space is limited, so be sure to register before the first class.
