Why We Love the Coalition of Action Center and Why You Should Too!

The NC Childcare Coalition Action Center is a free resource for anyone who wants to advocate for early education issues but does not know where to start. Anyone can join the  coalition  even parents like you. One great thing about the coalition is that it's a quick and easy way to spread the word about early education issues among friends and family, media and state policy makers. This means there's a greater chance that policy makers and media outlets will hear from  real parents like you, resulting in more authentic news coverage and laws. In 2015, as a result of the  coalition  and it's  participants , policy makers increased funds to NC Pre-K and Childcare subsidies and  improved subsidy child care rates. This provided greater  access  to quality childcare for parents in NC. Support the NC Child Care Coalition by making a donation or becoming a member. Please spread the word and  share this information with parents in your area.To learn more about the child care coalition, make a donation or join, visit their website at www.NCChildCareCoalition.org.
