Yoga is not only for adults - it's a wonderful activity for kids as well!  Yoga has been shown to reduce anxiety, improve digestion and promote better listening skills in children.  This class will focus on introducing kids to a variety of yoga poses as well as the practice of mindfulness.  Several breathing techniques will also be taught.  The children will have fun doing different activities while also working on their strength, flexibility, balance, and motor skills.  Instructor will be Registered Yoga Teacher Nancy Harrington.

Classes will be held at Little Chute Civic Center on Monday evenings from 11/21 through 12/12.  Kids age 3 to 6 attend from 5:30pm to 6:15pm, and kids age 7 to10 attend from 6:60pm to 7:15pm.  Program details and registration information available by clicking the link to the left.  Registration deadline is November 11.
CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS PAINTING CLASS

Sunday, November 20

(ages 6 to adult)
Our one session painting classes are the perfect creative outlet for kids and adults who are interested in art!  Participants will learn how to create the project from start to finish.  The instruction is very step by step, and participants are able to put their own creative spin and color choices on their project so they each have their own unique item!  Instructor will be art teacher Heather Schaefer.

Class participants will be creating three different ornaments.  Each ornament will be created by hand, or decorated and painted using a variety of provided art materials.  Participants can make ornaments as gifts and personalize them if they wish.  All materials are provided.
