Attention All Orchestra Families

The Annual Fee and Class Specific Fees are overdue. These fees pay for uniform rentals and cleaning, field trip transportation , sheet music and instrument repair. The music programs rely on these funds to keep operating throughout the year. Scholarships are available (see below).  Currently, only 38% of Orchestra members have paid the Annual Fee. 

The Annual Fee is $130.00 per student. 
Class specific additional fees:
Jazz I and Jazz II is $100
Percussion is $50 

There are 3 ways to pay:
  1. Pay online here 
  2. Pay by check, made payable to BPA. Drop check in the mailbox in music room, or bring check to the BPA General Booster meeting on Tuesday, October 11th at 7:30 PM in the BHS library.
  3. Send check via snail mail to BPA, PO BOX 17774, Seattle, WA 98127

The $160.00 camp fee paid for the actual cost of the camp including the food, coaches and transportation.

ASB Cards are recommended for all Music Students. 
The card (sticker placed on student ID) costs $35 and comes with the benefit of reduced admission fees to BHS sporting events, dances and the yearbook. Fee must be paid at the ASB office in the Commons at BHS.

Scholarship Applications Are Due October 13th!
Are you in need of financial assistance for any Ballard Performing Arts fees or trips for this school year?  If so, please fill out a scholarship application form and turn it in no later than Thursday, October 13 th !  We ask that you anticipate any assistance that you will need for the rest of the year (consider the Orchestra trip to lcicle Creek March 31 - April 2). Scholarship forms are available here or can be found on the forms wall in both the Band Room and the Black Box.
