2016 Northern Virginia Leadership Awards 
Nominate A Community Leader Today!




Nominations are now being accepted for the 2016 Northern Virginia Leadership Awards (NVLA).  The awards are given yearly to talented community leaders who have had a significant impact on the Northern Virginia area through volunteerism and community engagement in the following categories:
 
Regional Leadership Award: This award recognizes an individual or organization for leadership in advancing the cause and spirit of regional collaboration and partnership.

Trustee Leadership Award:  This award recognizes a person who has demonstrated visionary leadership in the Northern Virginia community.

Non-Profit Leadership Award: This award recognizes an outstanding nonprofit individual or organization who has demonstrated service and stewardship in the Northern Virginia community.

Corporate Leadership Award:  This award recognizes a private sector company that has demonstrated excellence and a commitment to the community.

Educational Leadership Award: This award recognizes an individual teacher or administrator at the primary or secondary school level who has demonstrated a long-term and consistent pattern of excellent leadership in the education field.

Winners will be announced at the annual Northern Virginia Leadership Award Luncheon on Thursday, December 1st at the Waterford in Fair Oaks from 11:30 AM-2:00 PM.  The NVLA is the premier forum in Northern Virginia to celebrate leaders who make a difference in our community.

Our annual membership drive is underway. You may be receiving a call from one of our volunteer alums this Friday, September 30th between 1:00-4:00 PM asking for your continued participation as a member. There are two ways for you to participate.
