Efficiency. In this workshop we will explore the experience of physical efficiency. Doing less and gaining more. How am I moving? Where am I moving from? How do I feel in this pose/transition/place? We will individuate parts, give them some sweet attention, and them put them together to create a clearer sense of structural harmony.
The meditations are an optional addition to draw the essence of the structural work into the more subtle layers of being.
It is a rich mix of artists from the local yoga community working in their various areas of artistic expertise; mala beads, clothing, photography and more. The evening will include an opportunity for some interactive, hands-on art making as well as appreciation and purchase.
