Hello everyone!

September has been a busy month! We've seen lots of new faces on the mats, had great classes, and made further progress towards our goals!

Speaking of goals, with three months left in the year (including October), it's a good time to think back on the goals you may have set for yourself at the beginning of the year, or at any point this year. Have you made progress? Are you taking active steps towards those goals? Are they still realistic? 

Remember that all of the coaching staff here are available to help you reach your goals, whatever they may be; your successes are OUR successes!
