Crop Rollover
In case you missed it crop rollover just occured in SOILMAP back on September 1st.  What this means is that your future crop became your current crop. Your current crop is now your past.  Lastly your future crop is now unassigned.  It's import when doing your fall cost comparisons that you have your crop set accurately.
Booking Products - NEW Update!
(Warning: This enhancement has greatly improved workflow)
We moved the billing term, formulation type, and salesman assignment to the blendsheet screen. Asking the questions earlier in the process AND remembering your settings will greatly reduce the time it take to book products to accounting. Additionally, the confirmation windows have been removed so you won't have to select OK after each assignment. Bookings are now faster than EVER!
For more detailed information see the release notes found here - Booking Products Release Notes

Blender Setup- NEW Update!
Adding or editing a new blender just a got a whole lot simpler.

SOILMAP has redesigned the user interface for this into different tabs. Also you may have some products that are omitted, short blended, or not billed, such as water, drying agents, or surfactants.  If that is the case hit the exclude button avannd check the box on the left.  The correct totals will still be sent but these products will not be part of the "percent complete" determination.  For more detailed information see the release notes found here - Blender Release Notes

SOILMAP Dispatch
Take a look of SOILMAP dispatch running at a location here below.  In the first picture on the far left they are running SOILMAP on one monitor, then the other monitors have a combination of the dispatch scheduler and different maps up that are looking at boundaries and where the applicators are at.  The dispatch scheduler piece is a website that syncs with the applicators in-cab tablet so when the applicator is at the field and pushes start the webpage is immediately updated and the dispatcher knows this. It also uses field size and products as well as some other information to estimate expected completion time.  This will give your dispatcher an idea so he can dispatch jobs to the right applicators. When the applicator is done he will push Stop in the in-cab app and this will update the webpage and send an e-mail notification to the salesman or grower.
Please let us know if you are interested in learning more about the Fleet Management and Dispatch product.
