Eugene Business-to-Business EXPO

Thursday, October 20th, 4:00 - 7:30 PM, Lane Events Center

The 2016 Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce Business-to-Business EXPO & After Hours is three weeks away and we are dedicating this week's Chamber Update to everything you need to know about attending this marquee event.

Top 5 Reasons to attend the EXPO

1. Meet-and-greet nearly 1,500 professionals.
More than 1,400 people attended last year's event. If you only connected with 5% of them, you'd make 70 business connections in just 3 ½ hours! To achieve the same level of success one sales rep would need two weeks or more!
2. Explore more than 160 local businesses.
Businesses in a variety of industries (and sizes) will be showcasing, providing you the opportunity to learn about industry trends, gain competitor insights, make key industry contacts, and find the newest products, services and technologies to help grow your business.
3. Collect hundreds of business cards.
Network with hundreds of potential customers, reconnect with existing ones, find leads, and build referral sources with the people and businesses that make our community thrive all under one roof.
4. Free stuff!
This year's exhibitors are pulling out all the stops. Show up to the 2016 Business Expo and you'll walk away with an EXPO bag filled with great offers and promotions.
5. Have fun while growing your business.
Make a list of your favorite things... Does it include delicious food, beer, wine, ice cream, door prizes, grand prizes, friends, networking, photo ops, and having fun on company time? Then you need to be at the 2016 Business-to-Business EXPO!

Let's EAT!
What would Business After Hours be without food?

Networking and business connections are the main dish at the 2016 B2B Expo, but food and drink are included, too. The Wild Duck is preparing a full spread from traditional staples to unique specialties. As always, your registration gives you two drink tickets and there will be plenty of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options to choose from. Tell your friends that dinner is on you Thursday night, and get them all out to the 2016 Business Expo!

Don't fill up before you hit the aisles, though. Food and restaurant booths are scattered throughout the show with samples at each. The Chamber sets aside a limited number of booths each year for our member restaurants, caterers or members who have a commercially distributed food product to exhibit at a greatly reduced price. In exchange, the Chamber asks each food exhibitor to provide enough free samples to serve all of our attendees. Looking to get your product in front of 1,400 members the business community?
Email Mary O'Neil for your food exhibitor application.

Still a few booths left

90% of past exhibitors are back again this year, including long time EXPO supporter, SAIF Corporation.

Why are they back? They have found that it's an effective connection point for business locally.
"It's an unparalleled networking opportunity. A lot of people hear 'business-to-business' or 'trade show' and think this event is all about making sales, but it's not; it's about making genuine connections with your existing and potential customers and partners. We absolutely recommend it as a fun way to gain exposure for your business and network with your peers in the Chamber and the greater community."
Dave Castillo , Regional Operations Director, SAIF Corporation

We have a few booths left and we hope to add your company to the list of confirmed exhibitors. Contact Mary O'Neil at 541.242.2353.
