09/27/2016 Parliamentary Integrity Commission announced that Rafidain Bank launched an advance of 10 million dinars for staff, as revealed that it will be spent through the card to the card, confirmed the transfer of some ministries loans on the Rasheed Bank.

I DETERMINED LONG AGO THAT THERE HAVE BEEN VERY FEW DELAYS IN THE PROCESS. BUT THERE HAVE BEEN A LOT OF COURSE CORRECTIONS AND FALSE STARTS...AND THE RV WAS EVEN USED AT TIMES AS A TOOL TO PRY OPEN A FAULT OR WEAK SPOT THAT NEEDED REPAIR OR ARREST.
WITH ALL PROCESSES YOU MUST SET GOALS AND THOSE GOALS ARE MARKERS TO MEASURE PROGRESS TOWARDS A FINAL SUCCESSFUL RESOLUTION.
SOMETIMES THOSE GOALS ARE HIT...AND SOMETIMES THEY ARE MISSED...BUT EITHER WAY YOU ADAPT, ADJUST AND TRY TO NAVIGATE A NEW OR MORE SUCCESSFUL PATH TO THE END OF IT...ULTIMATELY, IT IS JUST A PROCESS.
I ALWAYS GO BACK TO A SINGLE PIECE OF INFORMATION THAT IN PART, SHOWS CLEARLY A FEW SIMPLE FACTS. AND FOR ME, ITS THE FOUNDATION OF MY CONFIDENCE AND TRUST.

We've all heard investing in the dinar is a scam: (From someone in our lives)
If there is a scam going on, it is the dream stealers trying to rob you of hope. In actuality, they are missing out on the blessings that come with dream building with one's spouse. That alone is very rewarding, and very telling, into how well two soulmates are really thinking on the same page.
If there is a scam going on, it's the US govt, Iraqi govt and UN holding back info ... delaying ... the invitable. But post RI you'll be praised for your insight into this investment by the nay-sayers. (Hindsight investors).
You want an example of a scam? Play the lottery. The odds of winning are astronomically against you. That scam plays on the hopes of the uninformed, or desperate, seeking great rewards without understanding the odds.
Governments make unimaginable dollars preying on lottery ticket buyers. Whereas investing in the dinar, we can attempt to track international politics and become somewhat educated on our investment.

General observations about the production and marketing of oil:
First , Iraq has the largest reserves of crude oil , traditional in the world.
Second , production costs in Iraq are the lowest in the world.
And based on the facts above, in the interest of Iraq , crude oil prices are globally moderate to limit from entering rivals such as oil more expensive (heavy oil and oil from deep shale and oil) and from alternative and renewable sources. Also in Iraq 's interest to encourage an increase in demand for oil on the back of moderating prices.
Based on these postulates, Iraq needs to be based on the acceleration policy to increase production to compensate for low prices and not vice versa. The increase in production requires based marketing strategy to:
( a) multiple export routes that have a surplus of private and investment cost in different pathways are relatively low - lying to maneuver.
( B ) follow the marketing strategy relies interfering with the markets, especially in Asia, and build mutual interests with common markets such as investments in the liquidation and distribution in those markets.

Ecubucs: It may be an unpopular belief in this forum but I 100% Believe that this is an Asset Backed GCR occuring with most of the countries in the world revaluing their currencies both up & down. Iraq is the spearhead of this Reset and we are within Days of seeing this BEGIN to occur! 9/29-10/1. Again, just my belief...
