Sunday School Teacher Meeting
There will be a mandatory training session for all Sunday School Teachers and Assistants on Saturday, October 8 at 9:00 a.m.  Please mark your calendars!

I just can hardly contain myself.  Its almost here.  We are almost there...HOME.

This week, we will meet on Wednesday night and begin moving in our new home.  The anticipation and excitement is almost overwhelming.  I urge you to be there to see what we have in store for us.  To see our new worship center, all decked out in chairs.  Ready for you to enjoy the presence of the Lord in that place...and ready for you to invite your friends to get to know Him.

A perfect time for you to invite friends will be this coming Friday night as we unveil the building for the first time for a community event.  While the building is not totally complete yet, the event will be well worth overlooking the things still left to do.

Our Friday night concert will be led by Two or More which is a Los Angeles based, Ecuadoran band consisting of 3 brothers.  They will be on the East Coast next week and have offered a concert to our church.  You WILL be blessed by their music (clink on the link below to hear a sample of their music).  Please pray that all the details that need to be ironed out before Friday ARE ironed out and that they county gives their approval for the concert.

Its just all such good stuff.  And I am having so much fun sharing it with all of you.  I love you all.

Serving With You,
Pastor Stan
Concert Scheduled
Two or More is a California based Christian band that will be on tour in Georgia during the month of September and has offered to perform in our new worship center while they are on the east coast.  The date of the scheduled concert is this Friday, September 23. It is looking very favorable that we will be able to host this concert!  Please watch for an announcement later this week.  We will let you know then if we can confirm the concert (after obtaining county inspection approval.)  You can get a taste of their music at  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=861eiIkfFs8

From Our Worship Leader
Are you looking for a place to use your gift in worship and music ministry? We are seeking to grow our worship team of musicians, singers, and audio-visual volunteers! If you are interested in serving in any of these areas, we would love to talk with you! Please contact our worship leader, Victoria Garrett, for more information.
Moving Day #1 is HERE!
Can you believe this title??? Its finally here!!!!!  We entitled this announcement as "Moving Day #1" because there WILL be another one...BUT....we will have our first moving day, the day that will allow us to host our first ever event in our new building this coming Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.  At that time, we will move chairs into our worship center for the anticipated concert on Wednesday night.  Don't miss out on the excitement of "moving in"!
Building Update
There has been a LOT going on this week! The carpet is installed in the worship center and offices, the lights are complete, trim paint is being done, gutters and downspouts are installed, counters are completed in the Welcome Center and sound booth, restroom stall dividers were delivered and the water line was being installed (this is necessary for us to have the concert on Friday).  Come by to see all of the exciting progress!
Youth MOVE Conference

Youth can now sign up for the annual MOVE Conference that will be held December 29-30 in Macon.
The deadline for sign-ups will be October 2.
