32,188 meals were provided to seniors/disabled clients through Lake Havasu City Meals on Wheels 5 times at $13 per recipient weekly.
 
Lake Havasu City Meals on Wheels is operated by Lake Havasu Senior Center Inc.

Mohave County Senior Centers offer a place where seniors can gather for enjoyable activities, nutrition and social interaction. Come and See, its a great place to be!!

[RECAP] Day of Caring - Kingman Citywide Cleanup
This past weekend (September 10th) was Kingman's Citywide Cleanup where 25 teams estimating approximately 330 volunteer crusades canvassed designated areas collecting trash like plastic bags, bottles, cans and other litter and debris throughout the community.



We would like to thank  our partners: LDS Church for doing the breakfast, C.A.R.E. (aka Sandbox committee), Clean City Commission, Swier Coca-Cola, DL Poole & Sons, and A1 Equipment Rentals.   Our sponsors: Desert de Oro Foods, Upton Pines Hidden Bed & Breakfast, and National Bank of Arizona.

We have to say good bye to one of our own, and are very sad to see her go. After six years working as Kingman Area Manager for River Cities United Way, Laura Hansen is moving on to a United Way closer to her family in Utah. We all will miss you Laura, and expect you check in often.
