Due to unexpected grading issues, the Villa Avenue paving schedule has been modified.  The Paving Contractor will begin excavating the intersection of Villa and Columbia on  Monday, September 19th  and is scheduled to start pouring new concrete on  Tuesday, September 20th .

Starting on the date listed above, the intersection of Columbia and Villa will be CLOSED TO ALL TRAFFIC.  After the concrete is poured, the pavement must cure for seven (7) days, during which time NO TRAFFIC can be driven on it.

The above work is dependent upon good weather.  Concrete cannot be installed if it is raining, or if the ground is saturated from recent rain.  In this case, the work will be postponed until weather conditions are appropriate.
