Its almost time!!  We love this event here in OTS, a favorite for family and animal lovers of the like!  Do you have your furbabies costume ready?  Did you get them signed up for the wiener races?  Mark your calendar for our 15th Annual Pet Fest event benefiting the Houston area Rescues and Spring Preservation League.  Its a weekend packed with animals ready for their forever homes, family fun and support.
