ENDOWMENT VERY NEAR TO $2 MILLION GOAL |
The two-year $2 million Stein Eriksen YSA Opportunity Endowment campaign has just a few pledges outstanding before YSA can call the effort complete. The endowment campaign led by the late Stein Eriksen and Jim Gaddis, former YSA Board President, was undertaken to provide financial resources based on need for youth in Park City to train in winter sports.
Parallel Napa Valley is a key partner in this effort to fund the endowment. Last year they offered 20 three-liter etched and hand-painted double magnums of 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon for $10,000 donations to the Stein Eriksen YSA Opportunity Endowment. Shortly, they will offer a follow-on bottling of 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon in bottles memorializing Stein Eriksen. These bottles will also be offered for $10,000 each with proceeds going toward the endowment. Contributions may be made here: ysaparkcity.org. |

BUY SKULLCANDY LOCALLY TO SUPPORT YSA Without support from the local community beginning in 2003, Skullcandy would not have made it to 2004. But thanks to Park City, they have been able to share their passion with the world, and want others to have opportunities to live at their full potential. In order to achieve this goal, they created the Born In PC program. It allows Skullcandy to show support for local youth, sports, and arts programs making a difference in their amazing and unique backyard by reinvesting profits from locally-purchased products back into the community. To see those dollars at work, join us at the Youth Sports Alliance Circle of Excellence Awards on Sunday, August 28th at Newpark Amphitheater beginning at 4pm! |
