The 12th Annual Grace Prep 1000 Hour Serve-a-Thon
Last year a small group of students serving at Camp Krislund, discovered that ditch digging . . ...I mean, trail blazing really is fun!
This year, the entire school will be serving at Camp Krislund for all of Serve-A-Thon, October 13th-14th. School buses will pick up your students on Thursday morning as normal and drop them off again Friday afternoon, allowing for t
wo days of physical labor with an evening of worship and expressing gratitude to those who support Grace Prep.
This Friday, we will be introducing the students to professional correspondence through US postal service, email, and phone. Then we'll give the students an opportunity to practice these skills as they contact family, friends, and countrymen in the endeavor
to get financial and prayer sponsors for this 1,000 hours of community service.
Each family (OR EACH STUDENT) is being asked to raise $200 towards the only fundraiser that the entire school participates in.
Watch for more information as the time draws near.

School Picture Day is on
Tuesday, October 4th.
We do school pictures a little differently at Grace Prep (surprised?) After the pictures are taken and uploaded, we will email you a link to walmart.com and you can order whatever quantities and sizes you need. This makes school pictures affordable again and no need to worry about the quality. In previous years, we've had parents questioned by the Photo Department about the photographer's copyright because the quality is that of a professional studio.
School IDs are made from our school pictures and will be distributed to students around the middle of the month.
