The Montana NAMIWalk is on Sunday. We have 372 Walker registered online and have already raised $145,732 towards our $150,000 goal. You can register or donate at namiwalks.org/montana.
While it's raining outside, the weather forecast for Sunday is perfect - sunny and seventy degrees.
While we're close to our financial goal, we really need everyone to recruit Walkers to help us reach our participation goal of 2,000 Walker. Bring your friends, family, co-workers and anyone else who is interested in this great cause. In the words of our Signature Walker Retired Navy SEAL Commander Scott Hannon - "We're all in this together!"

Here are some of our recommendations for Team Captains to make sure they are prepped for the Walk.
Have all your walkers' completed pledge sheets and pledges organized before you come to the Walk.
Get to Memorial Park early enough to enjoy some of the pre-Walk festivities and to turn in your packet. Team captains need to be at the Walk by noon.
Find the Registration sign that marks the table to turn in your Team Captain & Walker Registration Form, Walker Donation Forms and donations. Turn those in earlier rather than later, definitely have them in by 12:30 p.m.
Instruct any walkers whose Walker Donation Forms and donations have not been turned into you to take their completed Walker Donation Forms and donations to the Registration table when they arrive at the Walk.
Enjoy the festivities and keep and eye out for arriving team members so you can walk together. Some things your team can do before the Walk starts:
Listen to the live music
Pick up something to eat from the vendors
Visit with friends
Get your face painted
Meet new people
Visit the information booths
Enjoy the Walk warm-ups
Enjoy your time at the NAMIWalk!
Thank you,
Matt
