Homecoming 2016 & Balloon Glow
Homecoming 2016 is next weekend, September 23-25, 2016! Join us for a fun weekend with alumni, friends and family! For details go to quincy.edu/homecoming
Help us kick-off Homecoming Weekend 2016 at the 2nd annual Homecoming Balloon Glow on Thursday, September 22nd. This FREE event runs 6:00pm - 10:00pm. The QU homecoming parade starts at 6:30 (QU Stadium to Friars' Field), followed by the pep rally, and the balloon glow at dusk. Watch balloonists fire their burners and light up at the same time for a spectacular hot air balloon display.

QU Fund Goal Set At $1.1 Million
Quincy University launched its 2016-17 QU Fund drive on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at a reception held in the schools private dining room. The goal was set at $1.1 million for the second year in a row. The QU Fund drive raised $1,101,169 last year in support of campus improvements, technology enhancements and student scholarships. Chairpersons for this year's campaign are Jerry and Mary Jo (Williams) Murphy '70.

Welcome Back Students
Quincy University is excited to announce that it welcomed 287 freshmen to campus this August - the largest class in more than two decades and a 3% increase over last year. In addition, QU enrolled 88 transfer students along with 669 returning full-time undergraduate students for a total full-time undergraduate population of 1,044. Including part-time undergraduate and graduate program students, the overall enrollment for the 2016-17 academic year stands at 1,171. Read more about our incoming class on the QU website.
