Veterans Small Business Roadshow
Join Decatur SCORE September 29, from 9:00am to 1:00pm at the Decatur Public Library, located at 130 N. Franklin Street.
Workshop topics will include:
- Entrepreneurship For You! - Veterans Edition. This workshop introduces the concepts of small business ownership
- Financing Your Small Business - U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Springfield
- Kickstart Your Business! - low-cost, no-cost ideas for improving the profitability of your existing business
Local resource partners, such as the Illinois Small Business Development Center at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, Illinois Metro East Small Business Development Center at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville,
Decatur SCORE and the Veterans Business Resource Center St. Louis, will be on hand to provide an overview of their business development services available for veterans.
The events are free of charge but you must register to attend. Lunch will be provided.
