We're going up the river! 
Sing Sing Prison calls, but we'll ignore it as we pass by and head north up the Hudson on our way to Kingston.
    
   
Here's our Kingston schedule..

Friday 9 September:
Free public trip from Manhattan to Poughkeepsie, Rhinecliff and Kingston:
10:00: Depart North River Pier 66 (West 26th Street) Bring food and drink!
17:00: Drop off at Poughkeepsie for Metro North trains to Grand Central. 
(The station is two blocks' walk from our dock.)
17:05: Depart Poughkeepsie .  
(We will wait for pickups only if notified in advance.)
18:30: Arrive Rhinecliff for Amtrak.
The station is immediately adjacent our dock.  
19:00: Arrive Hudson River Maritime Museum Kingston.
 
Saturday 10 September:
10:00 to 15:00: Free public tours dockside at the Hudson River Maritime Museum,
50 Rondout Landing, Kingston NY
15:30 to 16:30: Free public trip at Kingston on Rondout Creek & the Hudson River
 
Sunday 11 September:
13:00 to 14:30: Public tours dockside at the Hudson River Maritime Museum,
50 Rondout Landing, Kingston NY
15:00 to 16:00
17:00 to 18:00: Free public trip at Kingston on Rondout Creek and the Hudson River
Monday 12 September:
Free public trip from Kington and Rhinecliff, stopping at Poughkeepsie,
bound for Manhattan:
T ake Metro North or Amtrak from Manhattan and join us for the ride down the river,
or ride from Kingston to Poughkeepsie.
09:00: Depart Hudson River Maritime Museum, 50 Rondout Landing, Kingston.
09:15: Stop at Rhinecliff to pick up passengers on Amtrak. 
Our dock is immediately adjacent the station.
      (Amtrak Train 63 departs Penn Station 07:15 arrives 09:00. Train fare $28.00)
10:35: Pick up and drop off passengers at Poughkeepsie for Metro North. 
The station is within sight of our dock, about two blocks' walk.
      (Metro North Train 110 departs Grand Central 08:46 arrives 10:36.  $17.75)
10:50: Depart Poughkeepsie for Pier 66
17:00: Arrive Pier 66 (West 26th Street), Manhattan.

Oyster Bay for the


The Oyster Festival, the East Coast's largest waterfront festival with more than 200, 000 attendees, returns this October for its 32nd year, offering a fun mixture of new activities and old favorites that are certain to entertain the entire family.  

The Oyster Festival is a project of the Oyster Bay Rotary Club and funded by the Oyster Bay Charitable Fund. The Oyster Festival offers a fun mixture of new activities and old favorites that are certain to entertain the entire family including live entertainment, and Historic Fireboat John J. Harvey's fabulous water displays.


There are top-notch artisans, pirate shows, midway rides,
and the iconic oyster eating and shucking contest.

And of course...the Food Court, where volunteer chefs and culinary pros work side by side, cooking and serving dozens of unique oyster, clam and other seafood concoctions along with traditional festival fare. Profits from all FOOD COURT sales directly support 25 participating local charities while proceeds from carnival rides and merchandise sales is donated to additional charities  
supported by the Rotary throughout the year.

Admission is FREE.  MOST activities are FREE.
A family-friendly event, the Oyster Festival remains Alcohol-FREE and Pet-FREE.
