prepared by celebrated chefs Ken Frank and Victor Scargle.

Hog Island is pleased to announce the promotion of Jose Romo as its new kitchen manager. Fresh, local Wild Pacific King Salmon has arrived at the fish market at Eiko's at Oxbow, and it is delicious! Eiko's gets its fish from a small commercial fisherman who fishes out of Bodega Bay area, and you can purchase the whole fillet or have it cut any size piece you would like for dinner. And because Eiko's is a sushi house with the finest fresh seafood, they pull all of the bones from the fish for you!
