After 12 years Seniors 101 continues to evolve and respond to the needs of our users.
Over the years, we have consistently received numerous emails and telephone calls from seniors or their families and friends requesting help regarding the products and services that are available for seniors on Vancouver Island. We have always been delighted to advise and make suggestions to help. It's the core of who we are.
A couple of weeks ago we had a "light bulb" moment regarding how we manage inquiries. Instead of just replying to individual requests and letting it go at that, why not post them on-line and create library of the questions and the answers to the benefit of everyone?
In that moment the 'Seniors 101 Hotline' was born and it has now become an active reality. It is featured in a prime position on our Home page to ensure it is easy to find when needed by our website visitors.
Good ideas put into action create a life of their own! That proved to be true in this case.
