ITIL Workshop + Certification

This three-day workshop will give you an introduction to ITIL and help you understand how an integrated ITSM framework can improve business integration, reduce costs and increase IT productivity.

This workshop will prepare you to take the exam for a Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. You'll also receive two ITIL credits, 18 PDUs for project managers and six CPDs.The exam will be proctored on the last day of the class, and you'll get an exam pass guarantee: If you do not pass, you can re-take the training for free.

Over the course of just three days, you'll learn:

What ITIL is, its strategic and operational benefits, and an overview of the ITIL certification program
Key ITIL concepts, definitions and objectives
ITIL's "service-driven lifecycle" approach, and the structure, components, processes and functions of the five core ITIL books
