Fall is in the air. The pace of the day has quickened. School has started, new plans are in place and the holidays are not far away.
With the change of season so begins the new membership year at the Winnetka-Northfield Chamber of Commerce. Throughout the day, throughout the year, the Chamber reaches out with opportunities for business connections.
- Annual membership dues letters and informational packets have been mailed to our 350 current chamber members. "The Chamber is the largest business organization in the Villages of Winnetka and Northfield" and each one of you is a valued member. Consider upgrades to your membership to create stronger connections to your market
- We are delighted to invite you to our Annual Multi-Chamber Golf Outing & Fundraiser on Monday, September 12, at the Evanston Golf Club with the Skokie and Wilmette/Kenilworth Chambers. This year's outing will be held at the Evanston Golf Club, an exquisite private country club located in Skokie. Golfers will enjoy 18 holes of tournament golf in a scramble format, with lunch, prizes, beer and wine as well as a networking dinner all inclusive, at this exclusive country club...read Terry's letter in it's entirety

VILLAGE OF WINNETKA 9/11 FLAG PLANTING
Village Green, September 10 at 3:30 PM
The community will again come together to plant 2,977 American flags on the Winnetka Village Green to pay tribute to the victims of the terrorist attack of September 11, 2001.
PATRIOT DAY IN NORTHFIELD
The Village will hold a remembrance ceremony on Sunday, September 11th to mark the 15th anniversary of 9/11. A short service will be held at the Fire-Rescue facility located at 1800 Winnetka Road.
